Privacy policy
Updated 18 October 2026
This policy explains how AutoClient (“AutoClient”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit autoclientsg.com, submit the qualification form, or communicate with us. AutoClient provides appointment-fixing services for insurance advisors.
Our handling of personal data is subject to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
The form on this website asks for your name, mobile number (used for WhatsApp), email address and company name. We also record your contact consent, the time of submission, the website it came from, and a submission reference.
If you speak with us, we may also keep your messages, appointment details and notes about your enquiry and the arrangements discussed.
Please do not send identity numbers, passwords or one-time codes in chat or in the form. We will never ask for them.
We use it to respond to your enquiry, assess whether AutoClient is a fit, arrange and remind you about calls, follow up on your enquiry, and keep records of our dealings with you.
We may also use it to handle questions or complaints, protect our services, meet legal requirements, and establish or defend legal claims. A materially different use needs further notice and consent where required.
By ticking the consent box you agree to be contacted by AutoClient, including on WhatsApp, about appointment qualification and related service information.
Our assistant, Jia Wei, is an automated assistant. It may reply to your messages, offer call times and send reminders. Automated replies can contain mistakes, and you can ask for a member of our team at any time.
You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or contact us to withdraw consent. We may still need to deal with matters connected to a service you have requested.
Information may be accessed by authorised AutoClient personnel and by providers that support our website, messaging, automation, scheduling and record-keeping. These include Vercel (website hosting), n8n (enquiry automation), respond.io and Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), and Google Workspace services such as Calendar and Sheets. Website fonts are loaded through Google Fonts.
Some of these providers may process information outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable with the PDPA.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where you have agreed. We do not sell your personal data.
We use reasonable security measures, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect personal data. No online system is completely secure.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal or business requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. We will respond within a reasonable time, as the PDPA requires. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue some of our dealings with you.
This site is a static website and does not use advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may record technical information such as IP address and browser type. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
To make a request or ask a question about this policy, reply to any WhatsApp message from us, or reply to our email. Please include your name and mobile number so we can find your records.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
